Return Policy

Our returns are free of charge, as we really want you to enjoy the products that you have purchased from DholaviraCrafts.com. However, please follow these guidelines:

• If you wish to return any item, keep the original inner and outer packaging and pack the goods the same way you received them.
• Place a return request for damaged or defective goods within 2 days from the date of delivery.
• Any other return can be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• We do not accept returns for products that have been purchased on sale.
• Hand over the goods in their original packaging to the courier. This is important as it will minimize the chances of damage an route to us.
• Once we receive the item/s back in good condition, we will initiate a refund. It’ll reflect in your account within 7 business days. In all cases, refunds will be made via online transfer and not by cash.
